Welcome to spend your winter holidays in Malva!
There is always free admission to Malva’s exhibitions for everyone under 18, and the winter holiday week program is also free of charge. Adults can participate in workshops with the museum admission ticket.

Sat 22.2. 12.00–15.00 Open Art Workshop

An open art workshop where all museum visitors are welcome to work with art. In this workshop, we will work with collage techniques.

Tue 25.2. 12.00–16.00 Open Art Workshop for Schoolchildren

The art workshop is aimed at children and young people aged 7–13. In the workshop, we will work with collage techniques.

Wed 26.2. 12.00–14.30 Child & Adult Art Workshop

In the art workshop, a child and an adult work together. The workshop’s activities are related to the theme of the Pneuma exhibition, and it includes a guided tour of the exhibition. In the guided workshop, participants will create their own artwork.
The workshop can accommodate 20 participants. Please reserve your spot in advance for each participant through the museum’s online store.

Thu 27.2. 11.00–11.30 Guided Tour for Children (in Finnish)

Welcome to explore Pauliina Mäkelä’s Pneuma exhibition on a guided tour just for children! The guided tour will introduce the Pneuma exhibition with a guide. The tour is recommended for children over 5 years old. Please note that the tour is in Finnish.
The tour starts at the Malva museum shop and lasts 30 minutes. No advance registration is required, but the tour is limited to the first 15 children who arrive.
