Welcome to get to know the world of the Käpykolo book series and make miniature objects in Malva’s open art workshop!
In the art workshop, visual artist Zagros Manuchar takes the participants into the world of Käpykolo books. Käpykolo is a story book series by Zagros Manuchar and writer Leena Parkkinen, which deals with mixed families, multiculturalism and ecological themes. The pictorial world of the book has been created in miniature size inside a 1960s television.
At the Malva art workshop, the participant can make miniature objects. Zagros Manuchar introduces the world of the book and guides the participants to realize miniature books, earplugs and suitcases and other objects suitable for the mini world.
The non-stop workshop is open to everyone and you can come and go during the workshop. 15 people can work at a time, new participants can join when space becomes available. The art workshop is suitable for all ages, small children can participate accompanied by an adult. Participation with a museum admission ticket, free entry for under 18 years old.
